It's an old fashioned Dallas skate punk backyard bash! Hardcore music, Skating, Barbeque, and of course a little backyard pit action!
Hoodrat kicked out a ripping set of Thrash-y Metal influenced Punk for all the skaters soldiering through the midday heat. In true DIY skate punk style they managed through a set, even when lacking a Bass player.
As if the show wasn't already intimate enough, the singer(even despite his short leash of a mic cord) got as close to the crowd as possible. Meanwhile the band shredded through the set with seemingly little to no effort. Tight, fast, and hard; Hoodrat's got it all.(I'm somehow sure that's been used in a different context, too)
