I couldn't wait to see A.N.S. They played a lot back before I moved to Houston, and I must say I have really missed their shows. It was good to see Chris and everyone! Saw a few familiar faces in the crowd too! We got their at 7 pm unknowing that the show started at 9pm (apparently there's a glitch on The Mink's website). Around 10 pm or so the show got rolling and people started showing up.
Fang Banger had a raging set and a style slightly reminiscent of JFA. Their singer was off the stage and appeared to be trying to start a pit himself(it doesn't get much cooler than that does it). Their set seemed a bit short but it was still a lot of fun.
El Desmadre really got the crows revved up at times nearly the entire floor had erupted in to a pit. They played fast, hard, and tight... There is a lot more I could say but I would rather show everyone how intense the set was... Please see the Pennywise shirt below...

A.N.S. was amazing! It's one of the most energetic(not surprising once you see the bass drum which reads "Play Fast Or Die!"), entertaining shows I've been to! Everybody put everything they had in to the show. They've become slightly more thrashy through the years and it worked especially great for their cover of "The 5 Year Plan". So well you could easily forget the song wasn't their own. Their set included some songs from their new album, and a few not-so new ones like "Heinous".
