In case you haven't seen, there's a new band in Houston called Funboys. They play Synth-Punk, and it makes me foam at the mouth at the sheer epicness. Thus, we're highlighting them, as first in a series of local interviews.
Experience the raw, dirty fury that is the Funboys! Talal: Drummer/Vocalist for Funboys Now that the Kings of Junk Rock have finished their extensive Texas Tour, we got a chance to sit down with the frontman of the keg destroying Sloppy Seconds.
B.A. Singer/Songwriter for Sloppy Seconds Out in Alta Loma California, there is a man who could easily be called an elite Punk Record Collector. However, unlike most he owns a store that could make any Punk's jaw drop, and a label containing such infamous bands as Government Issue. While a few know his name, I suppose you can call him: Dr. Strange. Interview by Hayden Garrett All photos courtesy of Dr. Strange

Here we are! 3 months after they came to Texas we finally get off our lazy butts to do an interview... And by we I mean I had nothing to do with it. Interview(Audio) with Cheetah Chrome of Dead Boys, Batusis, Rocket From The Tomb, and more!12/19/2010 Thanks again to Cheetah Chrome! Filmed at Mango's In Houston December 10 Featuring slide show, and live clips of Batusis! It doesn't matter who you are, where you're from, or really how much you know. If you've been in Punk long enough to name about 3 respectable bands, then you know who Keith Morris is. Whether you've been into Punk since the 70's and have followed him since, or if you walked into Hot Topic last week and decided you like Black Flag after actually listening to them, then you know Keith Morris. With each band he carries a level of quality along in the music that is matched by few others. OFF!, which got it's debut at SXSW, is no exception. OFF! From Left to Right. Given that it's The Dwarves at least one person will likely be offended. Now, imagine if they actually tried to be offensive. Let it begin. An Interview with Blag Dahlia, vocalist of The Dwarves.
