Rules:
Must be 21 or older to enter. You must fill out the ENTIRE form to be eligible for winning. Tickets are non-refundable, and must be picked up at Will Call on the night of the show. One entry per show per person. Void for anyone directly involved with Tx Punk, or Sierra Bravo Productions(ex. Street Team, Employee's).
