You may have seen some of Trusty's releases on Dischord back in the day, but many agree that nothing rivals their first Demo tape. 20 years after it's original release DC Jam Records has graced the world with a CD re-release of the legendary Demo.

Alright, so I'm kind of stealing this part from another review of this album, but it's true! I can't believe this is a Demo! It's recorded so well it's amazing! It's far clearer than a number of albums from that time period, and it's more original than anything I can think of from 1989!

Trusty hits a great mix between a bunch of different styles. It's a mostly hardcore album, but the different influences give it more range than I even thought was possible. It's got grit and backbone to it yet it still has some melody that makes you want to sing along.

It's hard to pin Trusty down to a short description, but they are "One Of America's Greatest" indeed.
