In case you haven't seen, there's a new band in Houston called Funboys. They play Synth-Punk, and it makes me foam at the mouth at the sheer epicness. Thus, we're highlighting them, as first in a series of local interviews. Experience the raw, dirty fury that is the Funboys! Talal: Drummer/Vocalist for Funboys  Tx Punk: Obvious starter question: How, and why did you choose the extremely neglected genre that is Synth Punk? Talal: I ACTUALLY DIDNT KNOW MARK COULD PLAY KEYBOARD. WHEN WE SHOWED UP FOR OUR FIRST PRACTICE I WAS LIKE WHERES YOUR GUITAR.
